Belgian-style Witbier spiced with fresh pink grapefruit zest, pink peppercorns (Tree-Nut), and coriander.
Queens of Wit is a collaboration beer that celebrates the women within the craft brewing industry, and more specifically, the women involved with our brewery. Queens of Wit is a Belgian-style Witbier brewed with unmalted wheat, oats, and barley. Within the kettle we spiced the beer with fresh pink grapefruit zest, pink peppercorns (Tree-Nut), and coriander. A portion of proceeds from the sale of this beer goes to the Pink Boots Society.
