Traditionally inspired Flander’s-style sour ale blended to showcase local wild yeast and the Hudson river valley.
Traditionally inspired Flander’s-style sour ale blended to showcase local wild yeast and the Hudson river valley. Ale is a blend of the last three years of local wild ales, with the final blend allowed to rest on lees before bottling. Ale uses 100% New York State ingredients. All hops are grown within the village.
