Beer Description
Pulp Tart is our Berliner Weisse, a tart wheat ale that is light in alcohol but not in flavor. This style is crisp, lightly sour, and refreshing. Our Berliner is kettle soured with Lactobacillus and then fermented with our house ale yeast. This version has a huge addition of peach as well, lending additional fruity sweetness to help balance the sourness.
