Beer Description
Habu: Framboise is a blend of three years of traditional Lambic-Inspired, coolship, spontaneous ale that follows the methode traditionelle guidelines. After a blend was hand selected, the beer was racked onto more than 400 pounds of raspberries and a small amount of cherry to referment. Once ready, vanilla was added into the finished beer to complement the sweetness and acidity. Habu will age well, but drinking fresh will yield best results.
