NE IPA with Mosaic. Fragments of sliced mango, berry medley, and shimmering springtime pine.
New England style IPA, comprised of one of our favorite contemporary hops: Mosaic. A malt base smooth as glass and our house NE yeast strain provide the backdrop for shards of Mosaic hop additions. Given the name, this hop encompasses limitless tasting notes, but you can start with fragments of sliced mango, berry medley, and shimmering springtime pine.
