This huge stout was aged in barrels that once aged cinnamon whiskey, vanilla extract, then finally maple syrup. All of the flavor comes from this unique barrel.
This complex stout is a celebration of our 2nd Anniversary at The Explorium Brewpub. Thanks to everyone that shaped our humble brewery these last two years. This huge stout was aged in barrels that once aged cinnamon whiskey, vanilla extract, then finally maple syrup. No additional flavors were added to the base stout; all of the flavor comes from this unique barrel.
