Beer Description
A Belgian-style coffee ale brewed for American Craft Beer Week.
This year’s American Craft Beer Week Release is a Belgian Style Coffee Ale.
The unroasted coffee beans were aged in a Pugachev’s Cobra Barrel for 3
months, then roasted and cold extracted. The resulting cold brew was added
to the base beer, which is a Belgian Dark Strong Ale. What results is a one
of a kind coffee aroma, coupled with fruity esters from the Belgian
fermentation.
