Blackberry Honey Ale. This mead/sour hybrid was aged in blackberry mead barrels on blackberry puree and additional mead. After aging in the blackberry mead barrels for 6 months, the tart, jammy beer was bottle conditioned to round out a beer that blurs the lines between beer and mead.
