Beer Description
Designed after a special gin cocktail which contains strawberries, cucumbers, basil, mint, and limes. The aroma is full of pink fruit, melon, and a piney/citrus aroma reminiscent of gin. We added a touch of salt to keep the palate round and smooth.
Danger Zone Gose Style Ale is a modern spin-off of the historical sour ale, but which pays homage to cocktails. Specifically, this beer is designed after a special gin cocktail which contains strawberries, cucumbers, basil, mint, and limes. The aroma is full of pink fruit, melon, and a piney/citrus aroma reminiscent of gin. Like traditional Gose, a touch of salt is added to keep the palate round and smooth. In all, this beer is refreshing, unique, and very crushable.
