It’s a mindset as much as a beer. We’ve wrangled together the hardest working, strongest American hops grown in NYS and paired them with the choicest NYS barley to make a beer that says “New England IPA? BAH! This is New York IPA!” With five hop varieties this NYIPA is a unique mélange of fruit flavors and dank, dank, dank hop notes. With just enough bitterness so you know you’re in new territory now.
