Beer Description
A Bham brewed collaboration project with Field House Brewing in Abbotsford, BC.
A wine-inspired brew. Bursting mango and ripe apricot notes met with force by the unmistakable dankness of New Zealand hops. We let our house ale strain ferment freely in our oak open top foeder for a primary fermentation before being blended with sauvignon blanc grape juice, dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and allowed to undergo a secondary fermentation. The resulting brew is ultra-dry, grape forward and uniquely wine-like. We’re lucky to have friends that push us to think differently. Cheers to inspiration.
