Beer Description
Stare into this golden orange pool of good decisions. Our Kveik & Subscribe IPA is a collision of Norwegian farmhouse yeast and good old tried and true West Coast IPA. We let Australian Ella, Azacca, & Denali hops take the stage and they trashed mic stands and kicked in speakers. Lemon, pineapple, and that one time you ate blueberries in grandma’s basement, jump out at you initially. Dig a little deeper and you’ll find orangey white wine yeast esters playing alongside a fun melange of citrusy dank notes. We left just enough bitterness in the back end so you never forget that West Coast IPA plays for keeps.
