Beer Description
A collaboration beer with Lost Rhino Brewing Company. A Belgian Pale Ale, “Never Mind the Bollekes” pours a deep amber/mahogany color. It has a raisiny malt flavor with a clean, slightly fruity finish from a Belgian yeast strain originating from Antwerp. A heavy hand with the wheat malt provides substantial body to this 5.5% ABV pale ale. “Bollekes” has a low level of bittering hops for the style, but we added a large dose of Sterling and Willamette hops at the very end of the boil to give it a bright, floral flavor and aroma without the bittering.
