Beer Description
In addition to the tropical and citrusy notes from Citra, Amarillo, and Comet we added mango puree to the fermenter to round out the experience.
Mango Maiden, the next installment of our Brewers Passion series, was inspired by a mango lassi. Brewed with oats and lactose to add sweetness and enhance mouthfeel this smoothie-like beer also contains fresh vanilla beans for added richness and depth of flavor. In addition to the tropical and citrusy notes from Citra, Amarillo, and Comet we added mango puree to the fermenter to round out the experience. While rich and savory, this is a well-balanced IPA that more traditional beer drinkers will also enjoy. Cheers!
