A rich robust porter brewed with black and chocolate malts. Aged in Bourbon barrels from Hillrock Estate Distillery in Ancram, NY—a distillery that grows & malts their own barley. Hillrock uses the “Solera” method which keeps bourbon in the barrel for over 7 years, infusing our Porter with delicious, smooth, small-batch bourbon flavor. Look for this brew around St. Patty’s Day. Yeah, we know its not Irish Whiskey, but what the heck, it’s amazing “Farm to barrel and bottle” NY State Bourbon infused GNB goodness.
