Beer Description
Bag of Hops is a straw-colored IPA, brewed with Aloha, Azacca and Mosaic hops for a complex array of aromas and flavors. Your palate may encounter citrus and fruity aromatics such as mango, berry, papaya, and sometimes apple along with herbal notes
We brewed this straw colored IPA with Mosaic, Citra and Ekuanot. This version of our rotating hop series is a complex array of aromas and flavors. Fruity aromatics such as lemon, lime, pithy orange, tropical fruit, berry, papaya, and sometimes apple. Along with these there may be more herbal notes, like sage and eucalyptus. West coast style bitterness is apparent but light and encourages the hops to bring the tropical fruit to the forefront
