Beer Description
e couldn’t make this Cascadian Ale any darker if we tried…. We brewed this beer with 8 different malts including NY Craft Malt’s Chautauqua Chocolate and Wicked Dark Wheat, plus German Carafa II. We added loads of Chateau Biscuit, Hudson River Rye, and Red Wheat to add layers of complexity. For hops we used Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo, plus some New York Chinook from Pedersen Farms, and finished it off by dry hopping with some Ekuanot Cryo hops.
