Beer Description
Dry Hopped Wild Oat Pilsner – Collaboration w/ City Built Brewing Company. It is a little known fact that our good friends at City Built brew most of our wort. We all knew it had to be a non traditional hoppy pilsner. Brewed with a bunch of oats and heavily dry hopped with Saaz, EKG, and MI Heritage. We brewed two versions of this beer, CBBC’s clean version is called Conurbanization. Our version was open fermented with german lager yeast, and finished with our house cultures. 660 bottles produced
