Hoppier than most traditional pale ales. This pale ale has piney and citrus body with a floral nose. It’s not the glamorous life counting the money, balancing the books and paying taxes, but there’s no reason you can’t have a glamorous beer! This beer is named for our illustrious founder, head of purchasing, bookkeeper, and MVP Mr. Phillips.
