Beer Description
We teamed up w/ our friends at Superstition and came up with this ‘kriek’ style braggot. A big grain bill coupled with California wildflower honey and several hundred pounds of Montmorency cherries added during primary fermentation and then 25lbs of dried Balaton cherries added to each barrel as it matured in American Oak barrels what once held a tradtional mead for several years before that.
