Beer Description
Nearly opaque in color, the Cygnus X-1 is a Black Lager with a gentle hop aroma and a complex envelope of flavors, revealing a very refreshing, medium-bodied beer. Starting out with aromas of char roasted espresso beans and juniper, followed by a toasted caramel attack on the palate, the Cygnus X-1 blends malty notes of vanilla, roasted cocoa nibs, and pecan to create a smoky beer that is delicious with pub food and friends.
