Boston Sweet-Hot is an Imperial Sweet Stout base that was tested with some of our craziest adjuncts yet! We added a plethora of fresh Grade A maple syrup and a heaping of whole smoked serrano peppers to create a smoky sweet concoction.
Boston Sweet-Hot is an Imperial Sweet Stout base that was tested with some of our craziest adjuncts yet! We added a plethora of fresh Grade A maple syrup and a heaping of whole smoked serrano peppers to create a smoky sweet concoction. With a smoky roasted aroma, the flavor takes a turn hitting you with a dark chocolaty roasty-ness followed by a bridge of sweetness leading you to a peppery finish. This one is a bit spicy on the backend but remains perfectly pleasant.
