Beer Description
This special beer was brewed with corn from Michalke Farms, the family farm of our maltster, Caleb Michalke, at Sugar Creek Malt. Brewed to fill an American whisky barrel from George Dickel to complement the corn flavors and aromas, this beer is dry, oaky, with the long finish of a classic Tennessee whisky.
