Beer Description
This is based on our kiwifornia and an incredibly tropical white wine blend we fermented. This blend includes, peaches, guava, pineapple and cherries. This has a robust tropical nose as the wine blend as well as the kiwi does, which is only further accentuated by the other tropical fruits.
one thing that is usally missing in character with tropical fruits is balanced acidity/tartness. The kiwi does its job here providing that as well as its incredible esters.
