Beer Description
Our kettle sour ale aged in wine and bourbon barrels for 6 months. After aging, the barrels were split into 3 lots and each became it’s own blend. Throughout summer we will release a new variant. The second variation is a barrel aged version which is a blend of three hand selected bourbon barrels. Subtle barrel notes, a touch of funk yet not overpowering to this delicate sour.
