Beer Description
Emotional Entropy (8% ABV) is our spelt and oat malt Double IPA hopped in the whirlpool with a blend of Simcoe and Waimea. For the dry hop addition we used Denali, our first time working with this hop, and Mosaic in a supporting role. We then dry hopped a second time with Vic Secret and Waimea. We’ve made some changes to our brewing techniques in our constant quest to produce hoppy styles that maximize hop flavor and aroma as well as drinkability and we believe this beer showcases our efforts
