Beer Description
Saisons historically have their root in Belgian farm culture. They were produced in the off-season to have on hand during the high season when workers were busy and thirsty. Katy is a simple interpretation. Sheโs a pale biere with 10% wheat and firm hop bitterness, finished with Sterling, Hersbrucker, and Willamette hops. Our Saison gets its name from the street where our new production facility resides in burgeoning Bremerton.
