Beer Description
We dedicate this brew to all you OG hop-heads out there. This crossover IPA blends the olfactory freshness of New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin hop variety with a modern American IPA malt base. A crisp malt presence has the taste of flaky croissants out of the oven, drizzled in honeysuckle. And then, you’re hit with a torrent of Nelson Sauvin: aromatics akin to Sauvignon Blanc and ripe flavors of sticky apricot, gooseberry, and lime. Overall, Counting Clocks tastes like terroir.
