Beer Description
Pours with a light haze and nearing copper amber body. Soapy off-white head that is quite lasting, leaving small spots of lace. Nose is mostly piney, with a light malt presence and just a hint of citrus rind. A decently carbonated brew, there is a light grain bread backbone. The pine comes out on the woody side and transitions towards the branches but only gets to the base of the needles. I actually like it doesn’t go full green or resinous. I sort of get a dry orange rind note that cleans the end nicely, leaving just a little dry tingle of bitterness. A leaning more toward balanced IPA that still has a nice bitterness that begs me for another sips after each one.
