Beer Description
This German wheat beer pours a golden straw with a crisp white head. It starts out with a soft bready note, followed by banana and apple tones, moving to a mid palate of clove, biscuits, and citrus tartness, with a crisp, clean, dry finish. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner and Pale Wheat malt, Perle hops, and our proprietary German ale yeast strain.
