Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with Dry & Bitter, this is a daydream of a DIPA for sipping on when your head is in the clouds. Pours hazy tangerine in color with white foam. Dank citrus aromas with hints of tropical tiki blowing in, flavors of creamy mimosa and piña colada, but definitely dry (& bitter). Brewed with pilsner malt, oats, and wheat. Fermented with our house blend of American and English yeast. Hopped with copious amounts of select Cascade & Mosaic in both whirlpool and dry hop.
