Beer Description
A Double Dry Hopped DIPA that was brewed with Wisconsin blueberry blossom honey and left unboiled prior to fermentation. By not boiling the wort we allow more volatile oils and proteins (from the hops, honey and grain) to make it to the finished beer. Double dry hopped with Mosaic and Julius hops.
