Beer Description
Cause we want it like that, we get it like that…It’s better like that, we made it like that! Congrats to Colin McDonough of MASH for taking home some hardware earlier this year with a gold in the NEIPA category at the Garden State Homebrew Competition and winning a chance to brew that sucker with us. We were honored to meet him, brew with him and have the opportunity to scale up his straight fitted IPA. The technique is a critical Citra beat down emanating a magnetic pimp force field smooth in the mind, teachin’ em’ to ease back into the abstract attendance of spring white wheat and American pale malt.. Notes of mango, tangerines, grapefruit, melon, cracker malt, grass and a finish stream of spice & earth.
