Beer Description
As a special treat for the holidays, we are releasing ‘Garavogue,’ a mead produced from 100% Irish honey. This mead crafted by us at our meadery, Celtic Meadery, in County Sligo, Ireland, just a mile or two from my home town.  Produced in January 2017 it took two years to make it to the US.
It is fragrant with delicate notes of honey, heather, and is just acidic enough to balance the 6% residual sugar and 11.5% ABV.
