Beer Description
A juicy & hazy tart IPA, with notes of zebra stripe gum, white grape, lemon, orange & strawberry.
For our FOURTH Biomimicry release, we made some major changes, yet again. This time we fermented with Nordic Kviek & lactobacillus, and hopped it with Amarillo & Michigan Grown Gemini. It’s a juicy & hazy tart IPA, with notes of zebra stripe gum, white grape, lemon, orange & strawberry.
