Collab Black IPA with The Olympic Tavern.
Brewerd for The Olympic’s There Will Be Darkness Winter Solstice & Dark Beer Festival. A black IPA made with rye, midnight wheat, and triticale.
Why Cyrano Jones? According to head brewer Steve : "He’s the character in the Star Trek episode “The Trouble with Tribbles” who brings the tribbles onto the space station. The grain they (tribbles) destroyed was Triticale, a wheat/rye hybrid that makes up about 2% of the grain bill in our beer."
