This beer is all about that satisfyingly clean bitterness, it’s lean body, and flavorful layers of stinky guava, pineapple candy, and Riesling from all those rad hops. A fun marriage of new with tried-and-true.
Years ago when west coast IPA died, we cried our eyes out and did our absolute darndest to keep our heads up about it. With the resurrection of this clear & bitter style, we utilized a hop variety that is at the beginning of it’s life, Strata. Enjoyment is just the beginning. Showcasing the lighter color we associate with our California IPA’s, this beer is all about that satisfyingly clean bitterness, it’s lean body, and flavorful layers of stinky guava, pineapple candy, and Riesling from all those rad hops.
