Slapped with a little maple syrup, Strata, Citra & Sabro in the whirlpool and finished on that da dang diggy diggy, diggy tart and sweet cherry puree and some French Flanders yeast to up jump the boogie. Notes of cherry, cinnamon, apple, pear and American badass.
