Beer Description
The Cascadian Dark ale was a style born in the shadows of the Cascade Mountains. You’ll notice aromatic notes of fresh citrus, pine and toffee, and a soft bitterness accompanied by rich flavors of dark chocolate, candied oranges, and winter spice. A malt bill grown in the Skagit lends a decadent and subtle complexity that brings all of the characteristics of the delight into balance.
