Saison d’Espoir was released during the Winter Holidays and means Season of Hope. As a Saison, d’Espoir’s essential character is driven by the blend of Farmhouse yeast that produce it. A complex mix of grains were chosen to complement the expressive yeast profile. d’Espoir has rich aromas of Meyer lemon zest with undertones of clove and subtle earth. Lively carbonation lightens the palate and reveals flavors of lemon cake with a dry spice finish. Light-bodied with elevated carbonation.
