White beer, Weissbier in German, is a style typical of the South region of Bavaria in Germany. It is characterized by its high proportion of wheat malt, which produces its characteristic whitish hue and a slight vanilla flavor. His graduation and flavor tends to be soft and a beer is considered ideal for the warm seasons. Broken Board, hefeweizen style pale ale is our typical wheat beer amber, very phenolic and fruity notes including banana, rubber gum, vanilla and smoked. Contains delicate touches of orange, cultivated in northern Mexico, and coriander seeds. In its flavor and aroma hops lose prominence.
