Beer Description
We’d like to introduce you to Foederbräu, our first Foeder-fermented Pilsner. Foederbräu was brewed with Bohemian Pilsner malt and Czech Saaz hops and fermented in Prez, one of our two American White Oak foeders from @foedercrafters. A touch of honey on the nose leads to a crisp cracker maltiness on the tongue and finishes with a balancing dryness imbued by the tannins from the oak. We’ve been dreaming of this beer for a long while and are so happy to see it come to bräu-ition.
