Beer Description
4 Pack Foxfire 16oz cans. This 100% @indiehops Strata hopped American IPA seeks to combine the best aspects of both West Coast and North East styles in one package. Our friends at @cellarmakerbrewing and @rusticales have been making wonderful examples of these Hazy West Coast IPAs and we couldn’t wait to try one ourselves. Brewed with a base of 2-Row malt, malted wheat and a bit of caramel malt we hop this in the kettle and whirlpool solely with Strata. After fermenting relatively dry with a neutral yeast strain we dry hop with a massive charge of more Strata which really lets this hop shine. This beer really captures the “watermelon candy” vibes we love with a West Coast balanced bitterness. 6.2% ABV.
