Beer Description
A classic style West Coast IPA. We used the classic combination of “3 c’s” hops: Cascade, Chinook and Columbus on this one. Generous amounts are added during the boil and in the whirlpool in order to produce the classic smooth, bitter, pine, resin and citrus that makes a clearly identifiable West Coast IPA.
Since we generally try to make uncommon beer styles or common beer styles with an unusual twist, we had fun with this classic California beer. People told us it would be madness if we attempted it, and now, we present to you: Madness.
