Beer Description
Gerti B is an 11.5% imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels with Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Ecuadorian Cacao Nibs, and Aji Amarillo Chili Peppers. The flavors are very complex and change with every sip. Fluffy and silky smooth mouthfeel. Aroma of bourbon and chili heat with undertones of vanilla and chocolate. There are flavors of caramel and molasses from the bourbon along with notes of sweet vanilla from the beans and oak barrel. On the backend you get a gentle warming heat from the bourbon and Aji Amarillo chili peppers with a touch of cherry chocolate from the raw cacao nibs.
