Shmaltz Brewing is having one hell of summer. The brewery is no longer a contract brewery, and they have just opened their new brewhouse in Clifton Park, New York. Over the weekend, Shmaltz launched a celebratory brew – Death of Contract Brewer, in honor of the new digs. Now, a collaboration – St. Lenny’s Belgian Style Rye Double IPA, aka the Immaculate Collaboration. St. Lenny’s is a collab with St. Louis, Missouri’s Cathedral Square Brewery.
