Beer Description
he Belgian yeastiness, but none of it holds a candle to the strong top-note of floral, moist peaches. Pilsner maltiness with a crisp graininess and restrained sugar sweetness that doesn’t quite yield bready or crackery tastes, close though. Then, a bottle-neck of varied tastes: the hops and their imparted bitterness smack into the phenolic spiciness from the yeast which strikes the alcohol warmth.Closes out fruity, near dry, with hop bitterness and coriander dusted peach lingering into the aftertaste.
