Beer Description
This ale is a throw back recipe from our Brewmaster. This was his first recipe he ever designed which was hugely popular in the pacific northwest. Spank Dog might be considered to fall between an I.P.A. and a pale ale. This ale is bronze colored and imparts a powerful dry finish from the addition of cascade and crystal hops. Spank Dog is also dry hopped in the fermenter and served unfiltered.
