Beer Description
An exercise in moderation. Bitterness is neither too much nor too little. It is bitter as appropriate. This session strength IPA is a celebration of balance. A very simple grain bill provides sugars and just enough body to support the ample but not aggressive hopping. Hopheads will appreciate the late-boil use of myrcene-laden Falconer’s Flight and Centennial hop additions while casual drinkers will appreciate the low alcohol content and smooth accessibility.
