Beer Description
Out of Production
A mild sour beer aged in bourbon casks and fermented with two strains of yeast. After primary fermentation we rack this beer into Bourbon casks, pitch a small amount of Brettanomyces to add tartness and finish it on a bed of tart cherries. Aged 6 months.
